This was the worst rental experience we've ever had—both in terms of the property & management. We stayed here for 3 weeks while I recovered from open-heart surgery, & the house was nothing like the listing. Photos were staged & misleading; furniture shown didn’t exist, & replacements were old & uncomfortable. The house was dirty, smelled of mildew & pet urine, & filled w/ gnats. One room had a double door closet, but 1 one door was there w/ a hole in it, & the other door is gone. Carpets were stained & falling apart, blinds were broken, & many lightbulbs were out—including one above the staircase, which was never fixed despite safety concerns expressed to management.The alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night. Management’s only solution was to press “cancel” when that happened, but that didn’t change that we were awoken night after night. Front door was broken. Washer damaged clothes, leaked, & didn’t drain properly. A/C barely worked. The “stocked kitchen” lacked basic items like a bowl, can opener, & cutting board. Outside, the yard was overgrown, paint was peeling, & siding was rotted.Management was unresponsive & dismissive. Nearly none of the issues were addressed after repeated follow-ups, & most were ignored. At booking there was only 1 review. The review gave 5 stars, but not sure how this is even possible unless he/his family did it.It felt like we were staying in the haunted house of the neighborhood, fully ghosted by the management. Do NOT recommend.
