“The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. “Do not stay here. I rented this property for a weekend with family, only to find out that it was a scam!!! I emailed the host twice, called the number provided and tried to contact the property manager with no response. Finally I contacted VRBO -while I was driving to the city 5 hours away only to find out I will have to stay somewhere else not of my choosing- (two hotel rooms) so our family was split up.
