8 palms is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the North end of Anna Maria Island. The property is newly renovated and has a gorgeous boho beach theme. The standout is the oversized pool area! The backyard is your mini oasis with a large pool, hot tub, turf throughout, putting green, and covered patio with TV. The property has indoor laundry with a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen includes everything needed to cook and enjoy meals at home! 8 Palms has the perfect location! A quick 5 minute walk to Pine Avenue where you can enjoy visiting boutiques and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the Gulf Beach.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

The beds were comfortable. The furniture was less the desirable. Nothing like the picture. They brought some outdoor furniture inside. Not comfortable at all! The outdoor furniture was so uncomfortable. Cushions need replaced asap! Only gave 4 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper, 1 dishwasher pod. Pool was awesome! But for what they charge things need upgraded!! When you have a full kitchen, I would expect to have potholders, salt and pepper etc. nothing like that.

Beautiful pool- great location. Living room sofas were old outdoor furniture that was very uncomfortable. We could not sit six of us. Poorly stocked kitchen. No potholders or a pitcher and other missing key items. House was very clean and modern

The pictures show exactly what to expect - the outdoor pool area was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and it was very clean. Couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect home for a getaway with an amazing pool

My family of 5 loved this rental. The home was the perfect size/set-up for our family. The backyard and pool were great. If we were home, this is where we hung out 100% of the time. My 11-year old said the pool was 'sick' :) The pool was a great size and we enjoyed the hot tub. It was close to Pine Ave and a little bit of a walk to the beach with little ones but doable. The only thing I would say the home is missing is patio-friendly plates. We ate all our meals on the patio and was nervous with the dinnerware provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental. It was clean, well-maintained and had everything we expected or needed.

Nice Newly Renovated Florida Home

Beautifully redone with all new furniture, appliances etc. Great Pool/Hot Tub/Putting Green. Kitchen table is way too big and should be half that size.

Family Vacation

Our stay was excellent. Home was very clean and comfortable. Fit 4 adults and 4 kids. The backyard was awesome and as advertised with the heated pool, hot tub and lounge area. Reached out to the property manager a couple of times with great response time. Would stay here again.

Girl's Weekend

Fabulous home. Very clean property. Kitchen had lots of dishes, utensils and cookware. The outside area with pool, hot tub, lounge and dining area were fantastic. Loved that beach towels were provided. Only downside was we arrived as Tropical Storm Nicole was ending and the lounge cushions had been left out and were wet. We also couldn't get the TV outside to work, but it wasn't a big deal. Contact with the host was good, they replied promptly when we had an issue with the front door lock. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

This was a beautiful property. Recently renovated, spotlessly clean, well stocked and very comfortable and 10 minutes from the beach. The backyard was the highlight, lots of space to hang out and a huge pool for the kids. Rental company was very communicative. Would highly recommend it!
