Welcome to Bo's Beach Bungalow, a beautiful mid-century style home with two bedrooms and one bath in one of the most desired areas of Anna Maria Island. It is just a quick walk to the sugar-sanded beaches and a short stroll to Pine Ave., where you can grab gourmet doughnuts, visit fabulous island boutiques, or hop on the island trolley for a scenic journey.

The indoor living space has a chic seating area, wood elements, and a flat-panel smart TV to create a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen has many culinary essentials and appliances and a modern dining room table. Plus, this home has a screened-in lanai with a dining table, BBQ grill, and access to the home's backyard with lush greenery and an outdoor shower.

You can retreat to one of the two appointed bedrooms at any time of the day for a peaceful rest. You'll awaken refreshed and ready to explore the island. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with luxury linens and a flat-screen television. The guest bedroom has two twin beds; each room can easily access the hall bath with a step-in shower. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available for guests to use.

Nice vacation spot!

Nice quiet area. About a block from beach! Short walk to Pine Ave with many restaurants and shops. House was nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Only compliant was could use some more silverware. Hope it's available for us next year!

Mid-century Monstrosity

We were greeted with a 78 degree home which was set on 75 degrees prior to arrival. It’s a smart thermostat that’s controlled by the owner and doesn’t go below 70 degrees. The house was never cooler than 72 degrees, and felt hotter. There was one mirror in the rental, which was the medicine cabinet that hung over the sink in bathroom. I highly suggest adding a full body mirror in each bedroom. We were disappointed with the amount of linens. They didn’t provide trash bags but wanted us to take trash out. This place needs a deep cleaning with the cleaning fee they are charging. The baseboards were dirty. The refrigerator was rusted, along with the mirror. The sink didn’t fit the countertop. Most of the cabinet doors don’t close and the inside of utensil drawers were dirty. We’re familiar with the lizards in Florida, but this place has an infestation due to the unkept yard. There was so much overgrowth in backyard, that it was attracting lizards and mosquitoes and we couldn’t even see the waterway. It is said that there is an outdoor shower, but it’s really a spout on the wall with no privacy. A lady showed up unannounced (guessing one of the owners) and walked around the house to storage closet twice. She didn’t communicate why she was there which made us very uncomfortable. On the last day, before checkout time, the property manager assumed we weren’t there and almost came inside of the house, then sat across the road in his car until our ride came. Would NOT recommend!!!

Exactly as described

Clean comfortable place. Was actually closer to beach than I was expecting. About a block and half. Comfy beds. Kitchen is not super stocked but suitable with the basics.

Perfect beach house

Great vacation home on Anna Maria, one of the nicest we have ever stayed in and really close to the beach, just a short stroll away. We were there in less than three minutes walking from our front door, really an easy commute and much more enjoyable than being back home and driving to the office! Ha! We felt very comfortable and safe in this home, it was very clean and tidy, and I can tell the owners put a lot of love into the decor and making sure their guests have a nice stay. We appreciate that very much. The rooms were nicely done, the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking pots and pans, and there were even lender beach chairs for us to use. The backyard was beautiful to sit and relax. Thank you for hosting us, we plan to return next year.
