Incantevole rimodellato Anna Maria Cottage a un isolato dalla spiaggia e dal molo Rod & Reel. 1. 5 isolati da Bean Point Park, all'estremità nord dell'isola Anna Maria. Rilassati in una piscina in stile resort circondata da palme e paesaggi lussureggianti. Termina la giornata con un amichevole barbecue gustando la brezza della baia o guardando i delfini che saltano nel tramonto della costa occidentale della Florida. Fai un breve giro in bicicletta per Pine Avenue, a 6 isolati di distanza, per un po 'di shopping sull'isola o per la famosa sorpresa di gelato Two Scoops. I Island Breeze Cottages offrono servizi tra cui: paddle board, kayak, golf cart alimentati a gas da strada, biciclette da spiaggia, biciclette a gas e griglie a carbone. Cornhole, Ring Toss, TV via cavo, WiFi gratuito e molto altro!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The cottage had all the amenities we needed. The location was very convenient to the beach, to shopping, and to dining. At the same time, the location was quiet from traffic. Thank you!

Beautiful cottage near Bean Point

The cottage was very nicely decorated, had a heated pool which the kids loved, and was a very short walk to Bean point.

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic stay! We did a girls trip but I would happily bring my children to stay here. Only things I would add are a long body mirror and more hooks to hang towels, bathing suits, etc.

Beachy and Beautiful

We had a lovely stay on AMI. The cottage was just as described and had everything we needed. Pool and grill were definitely a bonus. Super short walk to the beach at Bean Point and Rod n Reel to grab a great breakfast.

Our second stay…

We really enjoyed our first and our second stay at Jimmy’s place! The place is fully equipped and is very comfortable. We really enjoy using the bikes and the golf cart! I love how close it is to the beach area where you can watch the sunrise and the sunset!

Not really 2 bedrooms

There are two bathrooms, but not two bedrooms. Futon is in the kitchen. No privacy or sleep! Location is good.

Great location, very clean, and 2 full bathrooms remodeled nicely. Desperately need more towel hooks/rods as the shower doors were too tall to hang out our bath towels. 2nd bedroom is a closet space with double bed, but was ok for our teenager. Kitchen space really small and needs more supplies. If you plan to cook your meals, will need to bring a colander, larger frying pan, and sheet pan. Beds were very comfortable! And quiet area to sleep in! Amenities and private pool very nice! Even in Jan the heated pool was amazing. Unfortunately the golf cart broke down the very first time we used it. So we did not get to utilize this for convenience around island. Walking to everything is about 1/2 mile to mile away.

Very accommodating host

The pictures are different from what you actually get but it's the same idea. We would have liked more comfortable seating to watch tv. The remodel was not done great. For example the hole in the ceiling in the second bedroom. The location was great and the amenities were wonderful! We had some issues with our golf cart when we arrived and the property manager and owner worked to get it fixed immediately. That was greatly appreciated. We used the bikes and beach chairs and were grateful for them. The pool was clean and the temp perfect. For the price and during spring break, it was perfect. If looking to book just be aware the pictures seem to be a bit old but it was the same idea! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful

He had the pleasure of staying here as a family of five in Nov 2023. The cottage was beautifully decorated and perfect size for two adults and 3 small children. Loved the location! It was perfect. And we adored the golf cart. We used it to travel everywhere. The unit was very clean and it appeared the bathrooms were newly renovated. They were beautiful. The only issue was there was absolutely nowhere to hang anything up as far as towels go. Maybe they just didn’t get around to hanging up hooks before our stay? Also, it would be nice to have somewhere to hang beach towels in the unit. Lastly, a small stepstool for children to reach the sink in the bathroom would be an added bonus. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great location, pool and grounds

Spent a week at Bay Breeze. Enjoyed our stay very much! The pool was fantastic, private and tropical. Couldn't ask for better. The grounds were well cared for with lovely bbq area. Cottages located 10 minute walk to beach. Interior of cottages were very very clean with high quality bedding and towels. Very attentive local contact, Dan. A few shortcomings: bicycles not in good shape - should be replaced. Beach chairs also should be replaced. Pool chairs aren't great - need repair or to be replaced. The six-seater golf cart is a bit rough - difficult to steer, dirty, some seat belts not operational. Overall this is a great spot! With a few upgrades, perfect!
