Se state cercando la casa vacanza perfetta! Questo appartamento di tre camere da letto si trova sul lato tranquillo nord di Anna Maria Island.

Arredate con gusto con una bella spiaggia arredamento, e dotato di un soggiorno e sala spazio straordinariamente aperto, questa casa vacanze crea un'atmosfera estremamente rilassante. La cucina aggiornato con elettrodomestici inox e ripiani in granito fornire uno spazio eccellente per cucinare! Un re camera da letto principale, seconda camera da letto matrimoniale e una terza camera con due letti singoli, offrono ampio spazio di sonno per tutta la famiglia.

La splendida piscina, che è stata recentemente rinnovata, è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia; una zona pranzo all'aperto e grigliate vi inviterà a trascorrere una serata rilassante a bordo piscina. Inoltre, ci sono 4 biciclette disponibili per l'affitto per $ 100 per il vostro soggiorno. Si prega di citare al momento della prenotazione se si desidera approfittare di loro.

Perfect home for beach trip!

Beautiful 3 bedroom home on Anna Maria Island. Close proximity to the beach and conveniently located on the North End of the island. Close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect pool in backyard!

Great location

This was our first time on Anna Maria Island. We were 5 adults. This property is in a quiet location on the island's north end. The house is cute. The backyard is lovely. There was an issue with the pool while we were there but it was fixed within a few days. The beach cart provided helps with toting stuff to the beautiful beach which is a short walk away. Some beach chairs are provided but some are rusted and stain the beach towels (also provided). Just a heads up, there are no salt/pepper/spices/sugar/coffee filters in the kitchen. We had a list of things that were either broken, didn't work or needed replacing. Not sure if this is because renters are not telling the property management about these issues or if these issues are not a priority for the management/owner. The broken front-door blinds that someone mentioned in another review had still not been replaced when we were there. All of the bed mattresses should be replaced and it's the top reason for the 3 stars. We would not book this property again for this reason. In addition to the things already provided to the property management, we would suggest cleaning the air vent covers inside the house and adding a fan in the backyard to move the air around.

Beach Dream

Bean point cottage was a perfect fit for myself and three17yr olds. we really enjoyed the great beaches and loved our small pool. The town was a lot of fun also. A highlight of the trip was parasailing. loved AMI

Another fabulous week at AMI at this cute beach cottage!

This was our 4th year at Anna Maria and our first stay in this house. It is an adorable small cottage in the perfect location. One block to beach and beautiful pool in backyard. The only issues we had was the smaller bath, the shower drain was completely clogged and the renters before us left either a cracked sink. The blinds were broken on the front door. The property management company was very responsive and we would stay there again. Overall, we enjoyed our week.

Beautiful and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. The location is beautiful just a block from the most amazing beach. We rented a golf cart as it is a little bit of a lengthy walk for young kids to get into town. The house had everything, it was clean and comfortable and the pool was just beautiful. We had a few maintenance issues, but a repair man was sent out immediately both times. 5 stars!!!!

Our Annual Anna Maria Visit

Decor and cleanliness was excellent. We love to cook and found the kitchen had some pots and pans that were unacceptable. My husband took photos of them...he was planning to send them to you, but did not. Also, the small bathroom off the kitchen has a shower that does not empty very well. It would be easy to flood the room if your shower is not cut short. Our two elderly daughters were with us, and the 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly. I left behind my facial collection of creams, lotions and soap (about $60. worth). They were stored in the medicine cabinet because there was no place around the sink to keep my stuff. Just forgot to look before leaving. Called the office about 2:30P in hopes that these things could be sent to me, but they were either thrown out or just taken by the cleaning person. As a person of rental property for 40 years, I would never had let this kind of thing happen.

A lovely oasis

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island, and we thoroughly enjoyed this lovely cottage. Well situated in a beautiful, quiet part of the island, the property is a very short walk to multiple beach access points. The pool was an oasis when we wanted a chance of scenery. We can't wait to return.

Anna Maria North Beach house

The house was tastefully decorated and the staff was very responsive to our needs. The only things I would change are 1. No fee to adequately heat the pool for swimming 2. Alarms on back door need to be able to be temporarily disabled by guest during the stay or turned on again by guest. Pushing that button all the time..there has to be a better system. 3. Small amenities like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters would be greatly appreciated. 4. Instructions provided for complicated washer and dryer would be helpful.

Nice house in a great location!

We stayed for 10 days on a family vacation and had a great time. The house itself is nice and in a great location on the island and it also has a very private and beautiful backyard. We’d stay here again!

Cleanliness of property

We were super happy with the house & location. There is one small recommendation to sweep the outdoor space... the guest that stayed prior to our arrival was a smoker. We know this because there were many cigarette butts around the pool area. Other than that, we had one of the best vacations we have had on AMI. We will be back for sure!!!

Nice place with short walk to the beach

We stayed here on our family vacation. My husband and I with our 3 college aged boys. It's location was perfect, about 2 blocks to the beach. The house was just the right size for our family. Beach towels and chairs were provided. It would have been nice to have more towels and kitchen towels/dishrags. There were only 2 dish towels, no dishrags and no washcloths. In addition, there was a somewhat limited supply of cooking baking dishes, pans, etc. Overall, it was a great place just needed a few extras since we flew in.

Cute house with an amazing backyard

We had a wonderful stay at the Bean Point Cottage. Very clean, with plenty of room. The backyard with the pool was the best. Very private. Location on the island was fantastic. We could walk to Rod and Reel Peer (1/2 a block away) and several beach entrances. Quick walk or ride down to the Pine Street shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable beach cottage

Great location at the famous Bean Point! Such a cute beach cottage and we just loved the tropical pool area! Excellent communication with the rental company made for an easy check in and check out process. Highly recommended!

Cute house, backyard oasis.

Could have stayed in the backyard the whole trip! The home was great. It could have come with a few more items such as a couple of more trash bags, some wash cloths, and a couple of more bars of soap. Other than that, all was good!
