Big Family Beach House, the name says it all!

Coastal elegance describes this spectacular large family home. It's located in the heart of Anna Maria and is perfectly situated between the white sandy beaches and the Pine Avenue boutiques and restaurants. The open floor plan of this brand new home is professionally decorated and offers a spacious living area with a well-appointed kitchen and family room, 6 bedrooms (see bedroom configuration below) and 5½ bathrooms. The outdoor space of this beautiful home is just as luxurious and the inside! The huge back yard will easily accommodate family and friends and surpass all of your expectations. Golfing enthusiast will love the turf with built in putting green! The beautiful free form pool and lush garden provides a serene setting and privacy, and the generous patio area will allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful weather year round!

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Excellent choice for a family

This home is convenient (walking distance) to nearly anything you might want to do - beach, dining, shopping, biking. The back yard and outdoor areas were excellent for a family spending time around the house (bring bug spray). The only reason for less than 5 star ratings was that we specifically asked what beach, pool, bike, etc. amenities were on the property but were told we had to bring/rent everything because nothing was there. $300 later we arrived to find not only bikes, but beach chairs, wagons, a toddler chair, safety gates, and virtually anything you could want. The management company had posted signs giving instructions for caring for and returning those items to the proper storage, so they clearly were very aware that the house had them on site.

Family Spring Break

This beach house is fantastic! It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. When not at the beach, we enjoyed the privacy of the beautiful pool and putting green in the back. Our whole family will cherish the memories for a long time and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Whole family fun

We had an amazing week at this property. Everything happened just as we were told that it would. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The 2 first floor bedrooms were great for our 2 sets of grandparents with us. The 4 bedrooms upstairs were perfect for those of us who didn’t mind a few more stairs :). The pool was amazing. Location was perfect. So close to the ocean and to shops and restaurants. We noticed the pool light wasn’t working and the next day someone was there fixing it after we let the property manager know. We used the outdoor grill one night and cooked several meals in the kitchen with no problem. We loved it and would absolutely return to this property or another Sato Real Estate property anytime.

First time golf trip to Anna Maria Island

This is an amazing property! We were a group of 6 friends that were golfing in the area. The home is wonderful...6 big bedrooms, 5 of them with ensuites. Great kitchen and family room area. The outdoor space is amazing, we spent hours hanging around the pool, putting on the golf green, playing ping-pong...as well as sitting outside for Sunday's football games on the big TV. The garage has everything you need for the backyard and the beach. The location of the home is ideal - a very short walk to the beach, to multiple bars and restaurants, you don't need to drive anywhere. Great place and would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Perfect house for large family!

This house and location is amazing! There was plenty of room for everyone (11 of us total). It was great that everyone had their own bathrooms. It was easy to “retreat” to your own space yo read or nap or just get away from the craziness for a bit😊 And the pool, patio, and yard area was awesome! We will be staying here again in our next family vacation!

Location & Pool FTW

This was our 5th visit to AMI, but first time in this house and renting from Sato. Experience was excellent. Ideal location with easy access to everything and great pool in the back. Would highly recommend.

Family Fun

There were 8 of us, my husband, our 3 adult children and their friends/significant others. We have been to AMI before but wanted to be closer to town. This house was perfect, near the bay, closer to the ocean & steps from town. Fabulous toys, bikes, games & well supplied kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories.

Covid interrupt

The day we got there one in our family tested positive for Covid and therefore went to a motel. Then another was positive a day later. This put a damper on our stay! Within a few more days , two others were positive so we abandoned the house by mid-week. I told the owner and he was sympathetic. Pretty lousy time but not his fault at all

Extremely well-equipped home

We had a wonderful week with our family in this large AMI home. This home is the most well-equipped beach home we have ever stayed in - from beach chairs and umbrellas to sand toys and coolers, there was no need to purchase anything for our frequent trips to the gorgeous beach. Our only recommendation would be to add some ice trays to the freezers (yes, there is an extra refrigerator/freezer in this home!) to accommodate large groups. We loved walking to the pier to fish as well. We will be back!

Weekend away with family !

The website was great, all papers needEd to get under contract was fast n easy turn around. Real estate agent was great We got the code when they said they would give it to us n it worked! House was great, very comfortable but could d lo a little more to clean dishes n things in kitchen. Other then that we were a happy with house, the pool was great , the grill easy to use and very nice outdoor area.
