Pool was quite green

Very nice living area. Very nice location. Wasn't aware that you had to take stairs to get to the living quarters and would have been nice to known how to work the elevator considering my mom had bad knees. It was all very nice except we weren't able to swim in the pool because it was quite green. I sent them pictures and they never sent out a pool guy which was disappointing because we weren't able to swim in the pool.
