Il piccolo cottage sulla spiaggia si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla ed esclusiva sulla punta dell'isola. A 60 metri a piedi dalla larga spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Anna Maria Island, questa è una delle spiagge più magnifiche della Florida. La casa dispone di WiFi (WIFI gratuito)

La grande casa vicina sul lato destro può anche essere affittata, rendendo le case ideali per matrimoni, riunioni di famiglia o viaggi con due famiglie.

La particolarità: il vostro vantaggio: la posizione della casa è così vicino alla spiaggia e quindi molto adatta alle famiglie. Le distanze sono brevi, soprattutto se qualcuno vuole solo bere qualcosa di freddo da bere o se qualcuno deve solo andare in bagno ...

Great place to relax!

The house was just a short walk directly across the street to the North Shore Beach. Was very clean and just the right size for the four of us. We will definitely be back!

Beach Cottage

We had such a great stay at this property! It was the perfect house for our family! The outdoor area and screened in patio was so nice to have bc we could still be outside (it rained a lot the week we stayed).It was right across the street from the ocean, doesn’t get much better than that! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfectionism

This house is absolutely amazing! The inside looks just like the pictures, very accurate representation. Very clean. Very comfy. I’d say the pool is larger than it looks. The location is perfect. The walk to the beach took all of 5 minutes. We had some communication with the property manager, he was very nice and informative and prompt. It was only 2 of us in the home, and it was great. If we had our two adult kids, the bathroom situation would have been a tight squeeze. It is small, but nice and doable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Home

It was better than we even expected, especially knowing that both Hurricane Helene and Milton had affected this property only a few short months before our stay. It was a very restful and comfortable surrounding for us. It was just a short walk to a beautiful beach. We would like to come back again.

Great location

We spent 3 weeks here. The house was very comfortable and clean. The host was available to assists us with even the smallest of details such as an inflater for our floats. The pool was very clean and heated which made it very enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental we loved everything about it and would not hesitate to rent again. The location was in walking distance to shops and restaurants and right across the street from the most beautiful private beach. Neighborhood was quiet. Can’t wait to go back.

Our Favorite AMI Stay Yet!

Hi Kerstin, I just wanted to let you know that your home away from home has made our AMI visit our favorite. The location is so awesome. We used to stay about a half mile South of sandbar restaurant. The house doesn't feel across the road from the beach at all. The dining porch has been our favorite space. The fishing has been fantastic too, the pompano bite is definitely on at the beach.We will be looking for availability in the future for your home. We are checking out tomorrow night about 10 pm so the little one sleeps most of the drive. Thank you so much for opening up your place to us! Brandon

Most Relaxing Vacation

Private oasis!

This was the nicest place we have stayed! The room was adorable! The pool area was your own private oasis! The screened lanai was so nice to sit at. The front yard is so pretty. The walk to the beach was such a short walk. I usually stay beach front but with everything this place had it was well worth the short walk. Can't wait to go back!

A Gem By The Beach

This property has the old Florida feel with it’s location just across from the beach. The heated pool was fantastic for the kids! Our family had a great time and look forward to returning!!!

Decent bungalow

The cottage was a great place for the family. Lots of little things would make me not choose this again compared to other places we have stayed. Good location however the listing photos are deceiving, the walk is longer then implied. Outdoor furniture inside the house was uncomfortable. Limited beach items and in poor condition. The pool was amazing, host was phenomenal accommodating extra 2 days due to canceled flights.

Ideal for relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar Cottage, it is an extremely relaxing place which is just what we needed. The location is superb, so close to the beach. When at the cottage, we spent much of our time in the screened lanai or the pool area which were ideal. We also enjoyed wandering down to the beach most evenings to watch the sunset which was spectacular.

Great location

Great location as you have a short walk across the street to the beach, this house has all the kitchen items you need, clean rooms and an updated bathroom. Our son loved the little pool , which kept him happy as he is not a fan of the beach in general😀. The first day we arrived, the internet connection was non-existent. I emailed Kerstin and she was very responsive. By the time we woke up the next day, we had a connection . The TV in the living room didn’t work the whole time we were there. The reason why I didn’t give. 5 stars is just little things that need to be fixed and the house will be perfect: replace TV in living room, upgrade small items ( bathroom toilet paper holder is rusty, furniture in patio is very old, maybe a paint job?, fan in kitchen doesn’t work). Like I said very small touches. Otherwise, great host, great location and we had a great stay.

Perfect Location, Great Stay

Overall a great experience, and seamless booking, and check in process. The only issue we encountered was intermittent internet and cable service, and delayed access to the property as the cleaning crew was still working at check in time. The pool was a great option and well worth it. Gulf beach access was very convenient, and Bay Beach access was also easy, although for most may require car/golf cart.

Perfect home for our family

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar Cottage. The location is perfect, close to the beach and far enough away from the crowded main area and it has a pool! I was worried about the house not being cool enough because it doesn’t have central air but the temp was comfortable, having 3 wall A/C units. The queen bed could be better, it was definitely firm, a mattress topper would probably make it better. Also, the couch could be better, it’s more for a porch, but it was pretty comfortable for what it is. Don’t let those small things turn you away from staying here though, Overall, we had a great stay at the Sand Dollar Cottage and would most definitely go back again. Thank you for allowing us to stay here, we loved it!

Just what we needed!

Our stay was perfect. The property had everything we needed and was steps from the beach. The pool was a nice added bonus and was always clean. The pool company came by twice during our stay. We didn’t cook in but they had everything we would have needed if we had. I will definitely stay here again.

Review

The house was great except for one factor. There is no central air, so the house was very hot, especially at night. Also the master bed was very hard (although that is just personal preference). Could use an umbrella for some shade in the pool area. House was very clean and in a great location.

Location location location!!

A wonderful little cottage across from pristine beach. Easy access to island and all we needed to have a wonderful vacation. Master bed needs upgrade but the ocean breezes made up for sleep needs. Thank you fr a wonderful stay!

Anniversary trip

The top part of the island is nice and much quieter but still close enough to the shops and restaurants. Would be nice to get the door code sent via text or email at check in time instead of trying to find a place to park at the realtor office but it wasn't that bag since we were vacationing early summer before school was out for Summer break. Great location of the home. The queen mattress was too firm for us so we just stayed in the other room on twin beds.
