“Location, location, location. This charming little place has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's steps from two different beach access points. Would walk out to Access 3b with our morning coffee to check conditions, then load the wagon up with the provided chairs, cooler, and umbrellas to Access 3. If we forgot something or needed to grab a snack, it was no big deal to walk back to the house to get it. Because there's no public parking for the beach nearby, it wasn't crowded at all....
