This unit's view is hard to beat, the beautiful ocean view could be seen from inside and outside the unit. Greg was a great host and always answered my questions promptly. The unit was very clean and the resort was just like described. I would highly recommend this unit for it's building location and updates inside the unit.

The resort is nice. The beach is beautiful. However there were no instructions, guestbook with info on anything in condo. Every vrbo rental we have ever stayed in except for this one always has a book with information. Some reccommendations that would improve staying in this condo: They need a guest book with facts on how to use features in the condo and basic instructions, the host’s recommended activities and restaurants, emergency numbers and medical services, what amenities are at resort and how to use them for example the procedure for getting chairs and lounges on beach, watersports available at marina, etc. Condo owner also needs a blanket for putting on bed if you are cold. The air conditioner keeps room icy cold and the bed covering is very thin and not warm at all. My husband likes that, but i dont like being icy cold all night it would have been nice if owner privided a blanket to use. Also the dishes in kitchen could be improved. Eg: glass or ceramic bowls instead of thin plastic, maybe some ceramic dishes etc instead of thin plastic. Especially with all the dangerous microplastics going into people’s bodies already. Many families do not want to use plastic anymore. Also would be nice to have a small washer and dryer in the unit so people dont have to use expensive laundromat.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sapphire Beach and this condo was our absolute favorite! The condo was in a perfect location, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to be back next year!!

Host was very communicative, the room is exactly as it is described within steps of the water. What was a surprise was the friendliness of the close-knit community, many ppl knew each other yet also were very welcoming to us newcomers. It was pretty great to have a few places to eat, bars, a beach, live music, and a little bit of snorkeling accessible without having to get into a car. Extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our two-week stay very much! The condo was comfortable, the view was fantastic, we were very close to the ocean as well as to the swimming pool. There is a walking path nearby that we used often. It was windy while we were there, but the covered patio was protected from the wind. Sapphire Beach, just beyond the swimming pool, had a great beach experience and very good snorkeling.

The unit was clean and very updated. Greg was very kind in answering all my questions. The view from this unit is better than the picture shown. A mere distance from the bar and restaurant but I'd prefer this view over the other buildings if ground floor. Taxi on site, car rental on site, great bar, cafe, boutique, and restaurant on site. Close to Red Hook - 12 taxi fee and did the ferry to St John. Thanks Greg - we will be back :)

Everything was great here. The room was nice and clean. Only issue we had was the refrigerator went out. Clearly nobodys fault, but Greg was ready, had a new installed dame day. Great Job Greg

Our 4th stay at Sapphire Beach. This was favorite condo on the property. Location was perfect, well appointed, very comfortable. Perfect place to watch fireworks on St. John on the 4th of July.

Beautiful View

Very clean, beautiful view from patio, comfortable bed, steps from pool. Sapphire Beach is lovely. Restaurants within a short walk. Bar, rentals, gift shop on site. It was nice to have a grill on the patio. Overall a wonderful property.

Incredible View!

My husband and I stayed here a couple of months back & LOVED it. View of St. John from patio was incredible and we've missed it since being back home! Only downside were the few power outages we experienced, but that's island wide and not condo specific. Really appreciated the power outage supplies that are provided.

Great location

The place is in a great location. We love Sapphire Beach Resort! Communication with the host was great as well. A few things we wish they had provided like other condos we’ve stayed at there but nothing we couldn’t manage ok without, just be prepared for plan B. (Things they did not have: Cooler for the beach, beach chairs for when we wanted to explore other beaches, lids for their pitchers, straws for their lidded cups or any other insulated thermos for drinks on the go, beach equipment, few decks of cards or more options for when it’s raining, and a few more kitchen towels) We still had a terrific time. Can’t beat the view here and convenient spot on the resort.The place was pretty well maintained inside. They were quick to reply about a backed up kitchen sink drain. (Can’t be helped, it happens). We will be back to the resort!
