Charming Eastport Cottage just 3 blocks from restaurants and bars (Ruth's Chris, Boatyard, O'leary's, Carol's Creek, to name a few) and less than .5 mile from Historic Downtown Annapolis. Enjoy a weekend (or longer stay) away where everything you need is in walking distance. Start your mornings with a 2 block walk for coffee and pastries, or breakfast on the porch or deck, then wander through Eastport and Downtown Annapolis while you enjoy seasonal weather (there is always something going on), and end your day by going out to eat, or grilling on the back deck overlooking a beautiful garden and patio space at your getaway 'home'. Enjoy coffee (which is provided) or cocktails on the front porch and watch the folks and their pets stroll by!

Wonderful 10-day stay at this Eastport cottage. We had a very enjoyable experience being close to restaurants and activities and downtown Annapolis, as well as walking around the Eastport neighborhood and playing in nearby playgrounds. The house is in great condition and has everything we needed. Would definitely return to this cottage on my next trip to the area.

Great place for an Annapolis weekend

Love the Eastport neighborhood. The house is close to local restaurants and a short walk across Spa Creek to the City dock.

Great Property and Location

Stayed here for five nights. Property is clean, comfortable, and is in an excellent location as we could walk anywhere in the downtown Annapolis/Eastport area. Mark was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Annapolis. It was a convenient walk to downtown and several great restaurants in Eastport. The house was impeccable, the beds and linens very comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. The host went out of his way to communicate restaurant ideas and other information to us and was pleasant to talk with. The owner has a locked section of the house on the back so there is no back door on the property for renters to use. We could access the backyard by going around the side of the house. The owner was not staying there during our visit and stayed at his other property. He did need to stop by while we were renting but communicated that via text so we would know when he would be on the property. The wine bar and bakery close to the house were lovely and the ease of parking in the roomy driveway was wonderful!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here in Annapolis. The property is PERFECTLY situated for exploring the area and the local community is friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evening amd talking to those walking by. The home is walking distance to nearly everything!

Perfect Location

Mark's place was the perfect location for our week in Annapolis! Walking distance to everything we love in Annapolis- great restaurants, downtown, and the Naval Academy. So great having a place to park too ;)

A Great Annapolis Weekend

This property is in a perfect location; close enough to downtown Annapolis but far enough away to be out of the crowds. The neighborhood has several convenient, delicious restaurants near by so we avoided the boat crowd and the Navy football crowd. The front porch is delightful and so fun to sit in the sun and great all the neighbors that walk by. Everyone was very friendly. We had a great time.

Charming house in Eastport

Great quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of Annapolis’ sights, restaurants and the Naval Academy. The house has beautiful wood flooring and well decorated. Host Mark was an excellent communicator and responsive to our requests.
