This 3 story half duplex is in the perfect location, situated in historical downtown Annapolis with a modern day feel, right across from the USNA Gate 2. You can quickly get to all of the restaurants/bars and shops by walking a block to Ego Alley, about 5-10 minutes to Main Street and 15 minutes to Eastport. Or you can take the water taxi that's a one block walk, over to Eastport. The property is one house that has 3 separate units upon entering and would be ideal for large multigenerational families. Each unit has it's own full bath, kitchen and living room with a pull out couch. The 1st and 3rd floor units each have one bedroom and the 2nd floor unit has 2 bedrooms, all with queen beds. There is a fenced in patio outback with a grill and dining set. Guests also have access to the washer and dryer located in the basement. There are several paid parking garages within a few blocks and we can also get parking passes if needed.
