“I had to call FIVE times to finally speak with someone. On my 5th call, the reservation person had to put me on hold for 8 minutes because no one from the front desk was answering their call either. We arrived and the front door was locked so you have to use your room key or press the call button. Pressed the call button several times, no answer. Stood in the door entrance for a while before someone came in with their room key. Got to the front desk, no one was there. Bed was VERY comfortable....

“We arrived early around 1pm and wanted to check-in. The front desk told us that there were no clean rooms available. So we waited until 3pm for check in and there were still no rooms available. An employee named Mrs. Tye was very helpful and got us the same room we made a reservation for. Please tell her that she the epitome of customer service and will be held in high regard.”

“Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, movie theater. Good location for our family visit. Guest laundry is a great feature especially if on an extended trip. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean and very spacious, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would criticize is that there were two people outside smoking marijuana, and the smell was quite unpleasant. My wife felt pretty unsafe when going outside because one of them was clearly under the influence and was behaving erratically. On the other hand, the breakfast was pretty bad. The coffee was awful, and there weren’t many options to choose from.”
