“Full breakfast every morning during my stay, was awesome! As far as the staff, when I checked in on 5/6/26 @ 12:30, the young lady that checked me in was superb! I forget her name, but she worked that shift. The other staff weren’t nearly as friendly and helpful as she was.”

Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! ”

“the room was very clean but it had an odd odor the couch and the bed sheets. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and welcoming. I never felt a more welcoming staff before. would come back just to be in such great hands. bar was interesting the bartender is an absolute gem. but the bar itself needs a face lift. or a better style. it would be way more successful.”
