This modern and cosy flat can accommodate up to 5 people.

One of the two bedrooms has a king-size bed (160x200) and the other has two single bunk beds.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separate.

Linen will be provided for your stay, including bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bicycle hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).

🅿️ The flat is located on a pedestrianised street. Parking is available at the Bonlieu underground car parks (short-stay rates apply).

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake amidst a stunning mountain backdrop, is renowned for the quality of its environment and its high standard of living.
Boasting a remarkable location on the lower reaches of the lake, the town has successfully preserved its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a surcharge of €20 will apply.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’ll be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety
