-KITCHEN: The large, updated kitchen is well equipped with- utensils, pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, etc. along with all the appliances you will need to make a large family meal on your vacation. Appliances are A fun retro design- A perfect backdrop for photos and work just as well as any modern appliance.

COFFEE & TEA BAR: The coffee and tea bar come with A Keurig, Coffee pot, Electric tea kettle. Plenty of Keurig cups, ground coffee, A large variety of different tea bags, sugar, splenda, creamers, powdered cream, and filters. As well as A gorgeous tea set sure to delight every little girl.

DININGROOM: Dining area is part of the living room open concept area. There is A large, handcrafted dining table A beautiful work of art that seats 10 people very comfortably 14 people snuggly. LIVINGROOM: Living area is part of the dining room open concept area. It is A large area with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in your group. Enjoy the vintage Victorian design and beautiful one of a kind visually appealing space, with handcrafted furniture and candy them art making the perfect backdrop to your family photos, while listening to A record on the vintage record player, and sitting by the warm cozy electric fireplace.


BEDROOMS: ALL beds come with Memory foam mattresses & luxury cotton sheets
-Bedroom 1: -Chocolate Spa theme- 2nd floor primary bedroom has A king sized bed with A 30” TV with roku, luxury robes and slippers, massage chair and foot massager, large primary closet, and large bathroom with a luxury rain shower head.
-Bedroom 2: -Ice cream theme- 2nd floor bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with A 30” TV with roku.
-Bedroom 3: -Lollipop theme- 2nd floor bedroom has 1 queen sized bed with A full size bunk bed with A 30” TV and Roku, ball pit, ring toss and scooper games.
-Bedroom 4: -Dessert theme- 2nd floor bedroom has A full sized bed with A 30” TV with Roku
(Take note this is a small walk-through bedroom, you have to walk through this bedroom to get to the third floor bedroom)
-Bedroom 5: -Gummy Bear Den theme- Third floor bedroom has 2 king sized beds with A 30” TV and Roku
-Take note- going up the stairs there is a small section where every adult will need to duck down to avoid hitting your head, once you are in the room you are fine, it is just that small section as you are walking up the stairs)

BATHROOMS: All bathrooms include toiletries- Shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, body wash, feminine Products, and a first aid kit.
-Bathroom 1: Located on the first floor across from kitchen is A simple ½ bathroom with A sink and toilet.
