“Ci eravamo orientati verso questa struttura anche leggendo le recensioni degli ospiti.Ma è stata una delusione totale.Da sconsigliare nella maniera più assoluta.Accoglienza inesistente,abbiamo dovuto cambiare due volte la camera per problemi e guasti.Prodotti di pulizia scarsi,colazione povera,menù con poca scelta e vago.Alle 17 chiedevano se volevamo cenare lì e cosa:una volta abbiamo detto lo diciamo dopo,e,presentatici alle 19,35(l’orario era 18/20 e alle 20,30 o poco più l’hotel spegneva le...

“Very quiet & peaceful where I was staying at the top of the funicular. But also lively when I walked down to the main part of the Bay. Lots of eating options - Hurricane Hole & Chateau Mygo are both good. ”

“Rooms were large and comfortable. Some great elements to the design overall. Staff were friendly. The small shared public beach was not inviting. You didn't want to spend time there. The food was below expectations. Not a five star resort, not close really.”

“Beautiful property set amongst cocoa trees and luscious jungle. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the water refill station to negate the use of plastic water bottles. The pools were cool and fresh, and the onsite fitness classes are a wonderful addition. Location is perfect, being close to many incredible activities and sights. I 100% recommend for your stay in St. Lucia.”

“We had a lovely vacation, though you should prepare for some serious steps each day from the beach up to your room. My knees were definitely feeling the effort after just three days. Fortunately, you can easily catch a shuttle if you simply ask for one. While the food was a bit hit or miss overall, the Indian fusion restaurant was a consistent delight. It was a fantastic and relaxing getaway, and we truly enjoyed our stay.”

“This property is charming. We stayed in the Cashew Room and the view was breathtaking. Very clean. Staff very accommodating and friendly. I’m not sure if there is a better view on this island than from their infinity pool…it was stunning. Loved our stay at La Haut. ”

“Outdated room but very nice staff and unbelievable room. Low water flow in shower (Room 102). Staff provided earplugs which was great for the smoke detector sound coming from frogs all night. Would stay again but ideally in one of the newer rooms. ”
