This 95M2 Duplex apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, American kitchen opening onto a living room terrace overlooking the sumptuous gardens which give us the impression of being outside !!

The place is perfect to have a GOOD HOLIDAY...

The private beach is just 250 meters from the Duplex.

You can enjoy all the leisure activities near the House and go for the day by boat, visit the island of Anguilla or Saint-Barthélemy.

Located not far from its surf spot "le Galion" and the best restaurants on the island of the village of Grand Case and Orient Bay.

The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable and fully equipped, approximately 95M2 with 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs under the roof with an adjoining bathroom.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped American kitchen for comfortable cooking, direct access to its large living room terrace overlooking all the gardens of Anse Marcel, you can cook with the song of the birds and taste very good punch in the middle of the vegetation.

Everything is there to prepare your meals and entertain friends. Fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the necessary crockery.

The large living room is on the private terrace, enjoying the view over the gardens and the magnificent hotel le SECRET.

Ideal ..... For lunch, romantic dinner, with family or friends with its superb large table in Parota, which can accommodate more than 10 people.

You benefit from a 100 Mbps internet connection, TV, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, private parking and deckchair on the beach. The site is secure 24 hours a day.

We welcome travelers at lovely house entrance 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
And departures are scheduled between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

L'Anse Marcel is a privileged place, in the heart of a beautiful bay located in the nature reserve, its private beach is 250M from the house and just above the marina of Lonvilliers One of the most beautiful sites on the island and very secure.

ACACIA SECRET is 30 MIN from Princess Juliana airport and 5 min from Grand Case airport.

Apartment leaves a lot to be desired

The apartment leaves a lot to be desired. In particular, the unit was described as having one full bathroom. In reality, the toilet itself was downstairs (with no sink) while the shower and bathroom sink was up the stairs. The stairs were fairly steep and have no railing which made it difficult to use the toilet during the night. Particular care is needed in the bedrooms due to the low wooden beams. Finally, often until late in the evening, loud music could be heard coming from the resort across the street.

Amazing apartment in Anse Marcel

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in Anse Marcel. There were only two of us, but it could easily fit more. The place had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach towels, which was useful. The shower always had hot water. The open-air living space was lovely and there was an Italian restaurant and a well-stocked, reasonably-priced small grocery located just below the apt, which came in handy. It was quiet but did not feel isolated due to its proximity to the beach (4 min walk), a few restaurants/bars, shops, and a pretty marina. The managers were friendly and very responsive to any questions we had and check in was straight forward. We'd definitely stay here again without question!

Très belle location

Superbe logement avec une terrasse magnifique. L'ensemble de l'appartement est décoré avec goût. La route d'accès garantit de ne pas avoir trop de monde. Seul bémol une propriétaire un peu trop présente par mail sur les consignes à respecter. Sinon le séjour est parfait
