The focal point of the home s interior space is the Great Room, with its vaulted hardwood ceilings of brazilian cherry and large sliding glass doors that open out to the expansive covered terraces and al fresco dining area. The Great Room features a grand piano and billiard table and a TV viewing area with large TV screen and surround sound all connected to a main Apple theatre system which includes over 700+ downloaded movies current TV shows. A fully equipped office just off the Great Room includes a Mac desktop computer and printer for guest use.

Attached to the Great Room and overlooking the pool terrace and the ocean is the large and superbly equipped gourmet kitchen featuring professional grade appliances for the most accomplished chefs. Meals are prepared and served for guests by an in house French chef and waiter.

Over 400ft of stunning west facing beach views can be seen from the beautiful terrace area and from the freeform infinity pool with diving board. There is also a rooftop patio with a built in daybed perfect for taking in the scenery of the neighboring islands of Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Kitts. The property also offers outdoor movie viewings from the villa's garden. Allow the caretaker to set it up for you and you can watch a recent release right under the stars.

The five bedroom suites are laid out so they each enjoy beach views from their private access under the covered terrace. The main suite, secluded from the Great Room, boasts 800 sq. ft of interior space including a large en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and an immense rain shower. The four other bedrooms, two on either side of the Great Room, provide similar amenities with large garden view en suite bathrooms. Great for families, one of the bedrooms provides 2 double beds, so the kids will not have to share.

Located in the exclusive gated community of the Terres Basses on the French side of St Martin, on the same beach as the famed La Samanna resort, you are only 15 minutes to the Juliana International Airport, 15 minutes to the quaint Creole town of Marigot, and a further 15 minutes to Grand Case, Hope Estate and Cul de Sac.
