Perched on the hillside of Anse Marcel with a cathedral ceiling and mezzanine, this superb villa offers a panoramic view of the sea, Anse Marcel bay, and Anguilla just across the water. Picture your mornings over breakfast taking in this exceptional panorama, with turquoise waters and neighboring islands stretching out before you.
The villa features a spacious open-plan living and dining area flowing into a fully equipped kitchen, extended by multiple terraces designed to make the most of the year-round climate. 6 bedrooms, all fitted with king-size beds (200x200) and their own en-suite bathroom, give each group or family independent comfort — an ideal setting for a stay with friends or an extended family gathering, for up to 12 guests.
Upon request, and for special occasions, additional bedrooms may be made available with the owner's prior approval — feel free to contact us for larger groups.
Outside, the pool surrounded by shaded terraces is the heart of the villa, perfect for relaxing with the bay and that view of Anguilla as your backdrop. The villa also has its own water cistern, providing valuable self-sufficiency in water supply on the island.
A housekeeper is attached to the villa to look after its upkeep throughout your stay. The villa has a washing machine and dryer; the laundry room is not directly accessible to guests, and laundry is taken care of by the housekeeper.
Nearby: beach, shops, and Anse Marcel marina just a few minutes away.
