“By far the worst experience I've had at an accommodation after traveling to 30+ countries. I was never sent the check-in instructions. Not in the junk folder either. As I was arriving at night, there was nobody there to help. I called the off-hours emergency line and was answered by a man who appeared to be based in a completely different region and could not help with check-in. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean.
