Nice hotel with a few letdowns
Hotel is lovely, rooms are very large and comfortable but need soundproofing, you can hear everything in the rooms either side so makes sleeping difficult. Unfortunately they had renovation works going on, think upstairs to us but drilling noise was awful. Food not up to 5* could not get plain chicken or meatballs for the children. Being ultra all inclusive would have expected bottle beers but nothing. As we were a large group we enjoyed ourselves but went out daytime.

I just returned from one week vacation and this resort hotel I will list the stuff I liked about it and the stuff I did not like: this is big resort, hotel with magnificence interior and spacious rooms, swimming pools, private beach, excellent buffet every day is the thing I like about it. And there’s a few things I didn’t like. You can’t control the AC in your room. It is disabled and it’s controlled by the hotel. I stayed seven nights and some nights I needed to turn the fan on to get outside air and I was not able to so the air inside the room becomes bad and stuffy, which forced me to open the balcony door to get some fresh air but the air outside cold so you have two options either you keep the balcony door shut and breathe bad stuffed air or open the balcony and get cold because you can I turn the fan forget about heat and cooling just turning the fan on to get fresh air was not available. I checked my oxygen level on my Apple Watch at night It was 93 which is low because I keept the balcony door close I thought this is because the hotel trying to save money on electricity. Bed mattresses are firm, not comfortable, i stayed at the CHER hotel in istanbul last year with the most comfortable mattresses in the world, I love the hotel because I loved the mattresses there. Bring your shampoo with you because the shampoo provided by the hotel is low quality, especially for ladies. If you are coming from the US bring power adapter with you

We had a really lovely time here. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Our room had two sections with a door in between, this worked really well for us as we could put our toddler to sleep and close the door to minimise disruptions. Dining was excellent, no matter how busy you can always find a table , food was fresh and varied.

Очень приятное место, особенно для семейного отдыха с детьми. Относительно небольшая территория, но толковая. Есть зоны отдыха только для взрослых и много площадок для детей. Питание достойное, но алкоголь желает лучшего. Работа персонала на отлично

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel que nous trouvions excellent il y’a 3 ans. Actuellement, hélas la qualité est en baisse: - le ménage dans les chambres est très souvent bâclé. - la nourriture est de moins bonne qualité et beaucoup moins diversifiée. Malgré des thèmes quotidiens différents, tous les dîners se ressemblent… - les spectacles sont de piètres qualités. - le personnel est globalement agréable et très efficace dans leurs tâches. C’est un bel hôtel où tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances, dommage que la qualité tend à baisser.

The service has changed from two years ago ,now the situation is bad ,the receptionnists are talking nervous ,the food repetitive and not good and bad smell on the resturant and kids games are not free ,i dont recommend it at all

We loved everything from the beautiful resort to the food options to the staff. The buffet restaurant was amazing for breakfast, lunch and especially dinner! It is included in your stay so might as well enjoy it. All of the amenities as well as the outdoor activities were phenomenal! Only complaint is that you can’t use hair appliances in your room. I use a hair straightener and or hair wand almost daily and the power brake will blow if you use them in your room. I was straightening my hair for about 2 minutes when the power went away and it ruined my flat iron. They do have a hair salon on the first floor if you really need it. I just settled for wearing my hair in a bun after that.

Ok experience
We liked it overall. The pools are amazing for the kids and the room is spacious and clean. A few points to consider: The dining experience is a mess. Very average food selection, guests are all over the place without wearing masks (indoor!)... Wifi is slow and choppy... Aircon is limited to 24c which is NOT enough during the day time when the sun is hitting the room.

Super organisiertes Team und das silvesterprogramm war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Animateure haben ihr bestes gegeben, damit sich jeder wohl und integriert fühlt. Insbesondere Charlie, Coco und besonders hervorzuheben Ist mert. Er hat sich sehr zuvorkommend um mich und meine Freunde gekümmert und war dabei stets höflich und gab sichtlich sein bestes.

Das Hotel ist in einem neuen Zustand und wir hatten ein großes Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett, nur haben sie untereinander viel privat gesprochen und einmal vor den Gästen auf türkisch sich gestritten. Das Essen ist sehr vielfältig und lecker, man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Wir sind zu Zweit mit meinem Ehemann in dem Hotel gewesen und zum Glück gab es im Essensraum und im Pool - Bereich +18 Bereiche! Es ist definitiv ein Familienhotel und kein Paarhotel, also wenn ihr sehr viele Kinder um euch herum haben wollt, dann ist es das richtige Hotel :)! Es ist ein schönes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern gedacht.

Adalya Elite, Lara Beach
Fabulous hotel, with excellent facilities. We stayed early November and the hotel was surprisingly busy. Unfortunately this did impact on the restaurants being very very busy, with waiting staff struggling to cope to clear tables from departing guests, so meal times were a little disappointing, particularly as all the A la carte restaurants were all fully booked! We eventually managed one night in the Italian restaurant and it was excellent, six courses no less! The hotel wine choice is also somewhat disappointing, being a very cheap Turkish wine called Biricik. On the up side there is plenty of room for everyone, everywhere else! Pool side, beach, lounges, bar areas, all good! Although each room does have an independent air con system, it is actually only available during 'high season' and the rest of the time is centrally controlled. Our room was unbearably warm and on enquiring at reception we were advised that the temperature could not be changed. For us, that was another 'small' problem. Please be aware that the taxi drivers across from the hotel do not use their meters, unless you specifically ask, and (over) charge in euros!! Both practices are actually illegal in Turkey! So insist on the meter being on, and paying in lira. It will be MUCH cheaper. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. :)

Awesome stay!!
We have been 6 days at Adalya Elite and it was just amazing stay!! The hotel is very clean in all terms, rooms, restaurants and public zones. The stuff is very helpful and ready to help anytime, and they always smile no matter what!! The kids pool doesn't have much facilities, i would like to see more for the next stay.
