“La struttura offere la colazione inclusa, le camere sono molto spaziose. Prima di arrivare in hotel ci hanno informato che arrivando dall’aeroporto col taxi giallo, lo avrebbe pagato l’hotel, sono stati gentilissimi. E anche se si trova molto vicino all’aeroporto, con le finestre chiuse non si sente tanto. Al uscita dal hotel ( nel caso devessimo andare in aeroporto) ci offre lo shuttle organizzato gratuito. Sono molto soddisfatta dalla scelta del hotel. Grazie mille.”

“Club avec beaucoup d animations. Merci à notre guesr relation Basak pour son dynamisme et faire débitée séjour un vrai bonheur. Il y a plus de 5 restaurants dont certains où il faut réserver. Je privilégie le restaurant Italien avec sa grande terrasse. Top parc aquatique avec toboggans aussi. Il manque juste des terrains de Padel ( il y a 8 terrains de tennis dispo). ”

“We booked this hotel through Hotels.com for the last week of October 2014. We were a little bit concerned about the weather but actually it was absolutely nice. I barely give 5 stars to an hotel and the only reason I gave 4 stars is because we were forced to check-out at 12 am while our flight was booked for 9 pm and they didn't even gave us the possibility of using the restaurant or any service room for the rest of the day, usually an all-inclusive gives you this option. "It wasn’t the best to argue all the way just to have two rooms at least on the same floor. Thinking of a family like ourselves with 4 kids, you can’t just separate us on different floors in a city hotel.. this was requested months ago but didnt help at all.. it was a quite a troublesome checking in running around arguing and changing rooms unnecessarily.. it was a common sense above all.."
