“Struttura notevole sotto il profilo architettonico e sopratutto degli spazi esterni. Manutenzione accurata , costante e attenta. Tempi di risposta al cliente al di sopra della norma. Personale assolutamente disponibile , qualche tentennamento nella ristorazione per la non conoscenza delle lingue. Catering sontuoso dal punto di vista quantitativo ma non altrettanto per la qualità ; si colloca nella media. E' un 5 stelle con qualche meno. “Fabulous stay, great food and wonderful pool”

“The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the service did not meet our expectations. We arrived at 3:15 pm and were told that our room was still not ready, which was disappointing. The food was generally okay, but the overall service lacked warmth. Throughout our stay, many of the staff seemed uninterested and rarely smiled, making the atmosphere feel less welcoming.
