“First night, we were dealing with AC issues till 3 AM. Next day after multiple follow-ups and after coordination of around 4 hours they moved us to a new room which had its own issues. AC was still an issue for loft room then we had to get a fan. Staff doesn’t understand English well, communication is the biggest problem and caused lots of grief. We spend roughly 2 days out of 3, dealing with different issues and different follow ups. Staff is overall nice but it depends who are you dealing...

“Struttura notevole sotto il profilo architettonico e sopratutto degli spazi esterni. Manutenzione accurata , costante e attenta. Tempi di risposta al cliente al di sopra della norma. Personale assolutamente disponibile , qualche tentennamento nella ristorazione per la non conoscenza delle lingue. Catering sontuoso dal punto di vista quantitativo ma non altrettanto per la qualità ; si colloca nella media. E' un 5 stelle con qualche meno. Soprattutto incredibile che la navetta da/per l'aeroporto...

“Struttura super organizzata e in ottima posizione. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Completa di ogni comfort per sentirci a nostro agio e goderci al meglio al nostro soggiorno. Sicuramente consiglierò questa struttura ed in generale questa catena, 5 stelle su tutto.”

“Very overpriced for what you get, food is average and no choice but one restaurant with average quality food. Alcohol not included in stay. You have to pay for all food and water inside park otherwise you waste your time walking back and forth to hotel. Other all inclusive deals are much better with Lots of variety. We stayed 5 days , and believe 3 days are more than enough.”

“Everything was incredible. One week is really not enough. The Spa is not the maximum but the massages was good. The staff was perfect and really nice”
