Hotel in zona Anthem a Merrill Ranch, Firenze

“2 used condom wrappers in drawer of nightstand when we checked into king room with jetted tub #339. Also used towell on rack in bath. It was late I crashed and told staff about it in the morning. They were so apologetic and said they would check and clean the entire room. Came back that night and they had done nothing. Didnt even make the change the sheets, make the bed or change the towells let alone removing condom wrappers. Un F'n believable. I thot I was being punked on tv. Ha... dont stay...

“This place was in need of many improvements. Our room was dingy and dark. The bathroom fixture had three different colored lights; one white one off white and one that blinked on and off. The mattress was concave and should have been replaced long ago. The pillows, hard as a rock. For the price we paid, this hotel should have paid more attention to detail. ”

“The staff was amazing. It was a nice little motel even if it was outdated. The beds were a little hard. Overall I would recommend. ”

“This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over.”

“Terrible. Exceptional front desk staff though especially the lady that checked us in. No internet services. Not soo good breakfast. Renovation of the rooms going on with alot of junks outside room.”

“Everything was efficient. The room and building were mostly clean but everything was old but new. Figure that out. Check-in was Virtual, which was an experience. But there is something about actually taking to someone in person that makes one feel safe. The Hotel smelled of marijuana. Negatives aside, the AC blew cold, the sheets and room were clean, the staff were nice and attentive (when you can find them) and had plenty of parking. Plus you get a discount at IHOP. ”

“Pull out couch very uncomfortable. The place needs upgrading badly. There are holes in the carpeting on the stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good. ”

“Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

“I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. ”
