The 30m2 flat is fully air-conditioned. It is composed of a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a living room with an open kitchen where you will have a second bed (a rapido convertible sofa in 160cm).
You will be in the most lively area of Juan les Pins.
You will have all the restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.

We can offer you private parking in a residence 400 meters from the flat for a fee of 10€ per day (rare in Juan les Pins).

## Access

You will have access to the whole flat and to the small terrace in front of the flat (entrance side).
