Lussuosa villa neo provenzale con 3 camere da letto con piscina privata che può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Tutte le camere si aprono su una terrazza esposta a sud con giardini paesaggistici maturi. Zona pranzo esterna con barbecue per goderti la tua esperienza culinaria all'aperto. La villa, che non è trascurata, è situata in un sicuro domaine ad Antibes, a soli 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Nizza. Le famose località mediterranee di Cannes, Nizza e Monte Carlo sono tutte nelle vicinanze e i borghi provenzali medievali di Biot e Mougin sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Antibes stesso è un antico porto fondato nel 4 ° secolo e oggi vanta uno dei porti più belli della Costa Azzurra. Il centro città è affascinante con la sua vasta gamma di eccellenti ristoranti e negozi di artigianato individuali. Ci sono anche molti mercati e musei da visitare e godere durante il tuo soggiorno ad Antibes. La zona vanta numerosi campi da golf come Royal Mougins, Cannes Mougins e Valbonne. Le piste da sci di Isola 2000 e Auron sono 50 minuti in auto.

Great stay in a nice location

We had a lovely 2 week stay here. Everything is just like the photos show which is great. You are 2 mins from Antibes and 2 minutes away from a large super market so location is perfect. At the same time, you are at the bottom corner of a gated development so nice and secure. We had our 3 year old son with us and he had a fantastic time and the place felt very safe for him. The pool is not gated off but it was nice and easy to keep an eye on him when he was out side. Not much else to mention other than everything is just really nice and felt like home. The pool was really good but very cold, I believe it is heated but this wasn't turned on and we felt too embarrassed to ask when the temperature was nearly 30 degrees. The only other thing is we weren't given the gate code before hand to get in to the gated development so made finding it a little tricky but 1 phone call soon fixed this. Thank you Terresa for letting us use your lovely home.

Gorgeous villa in a perfect location

We stayed in August 2023, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and the location is very private which we wanted. We had communicated with the owner before we travelled and she passed on all information required. We were greeted by local agent Marc who was lovely and explained everything we needed to know in the villa. We had communicated with Marc before we arrived and he advised he was available should we have any issues whilst we were there - which we didn't. All areas of the villa were spotlessly clean. A bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived was a nice touch and very much appreciated as it was very hot when we stayed. The pool wasn't heated but that wasn't needed when the weather was so warm. As the villa is in a private location so a car is required, the very large local supermarket was only a 5 min drive away. This villa is a great location for exploring other area's such as Cannes/Monaco/Nice/Grasse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone. Many thanks Teresa/Marc! Billederne af huset taler sandt. Meget ugenert og privat sted. Dejlig stor pool. Ligger lidt langt fra Antibes by (4km). Det kræver bil ( vi havde ikke bil). Vi havde et skønt ophold. Kommer gerne igen.

Beautiful house and relaxing time

We will at all time recommend the house. Good communication with staff. Way to many ants around the house because of the garden. Very private spot in a private locked community close to great facilities and groceries.

Großartiges Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haus und Anlage sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Zur Begrüßung standen Pasta, Tapenade und sogar Champagner bereit. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Marc hat hervorragend geklappt.

Nice house near Antibes

The house is very spacious, and the pool area is very nice. The house is located very near Antibes, but in a quiet neighbourhoud. The pool is great, although the water was a bit cold (outside temp was 27 degrees). The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We were welcomed by Marc, who was very friendly and quick to respond to messages.

Lovely villa. Enjoyed our holidays. Wonderful pool area. Nothing was missing. Would have rated 5 stars, but shelf cutting for 3 days on the neighbouring grounds with terrible noise starting at 7.30 am was really annoying

Excellente villa avec très bon emplacement

C’était la première fois que nous louions une villa et nous n’avons pas été déçu, très belle villa toute équipée, belle piscine, idéalement située à 10 min du centre et 15 min des plus belles plages, la propriétaire est toujours disponible mais nous avons été accueilli par le gérant qui est toujours disponible et très sympa. Nous y avons passé 1 semaine avec nos deux enfants en bas âges. Nous la conseillons vivement. A refaire !

Lovely stay in great Villa in quiet neighbourhood

We had a great 2 weeks at this Villa this August. The outside area and pool was especially lovely - plenty of shade if needed; comfortable sunbeds and a fab pool. A few chips in plates and cups in the kitchen and the showers weren't quite the power showers from home but it was clean and comfortable and had full air-conditioning throughout. Good modern appliances. You need a car. The only shop that is walkable is an enormous Carrefour supermarket but it's a hilly walk so we didn't attempt it! Overall a fabulous 2 weeks and I would definitely recommend this Villa, particularly for families who spend lots of time in and out of the pool.

Clean and spacious. Car essential.

We enjoyed our week here and found the house to be very spacious and well equipped. The pool area was lovely but we were unable to use it because of the many gnats this year ( nothing the owner can do about that, just a bad year for them) so we went to the lovely beaches in the area every day to avoid them. The house manager was very helpful and the house was spotlessly clean. There are a few minor maintenance issues ( loose door handles and a tuneful shower) but as this is a home and not a business then that is acceptable to us. Parking for the car ( essential in this location) is spacious and secure and the large supermarket nearby was very handy as is the huge fridge/freezer. The beds were comfortable and the storage very generous. Washing/drying facilities were good so we could get beach towels dry for the next day.

A fantastic villa,

A fantastic villa, with a great pool and all the modern amenities one would expect. We would have given a 5 star rating, but found the fridge and showers were not cleaned before we arrived !!!!. However we felt this was a minor detail. With this in mind we are thinking of booking again next year.

Maison bien située, de très bonnes prestations, bons Equipements, très bonnes literies. Par contre barbecue HS donc hors d'usage, et pare soleil à poser coté piscine car impossible de déjeuner dehors, en plein midi le soleil donne sur la table. Mauvais fonctionnement de la commande de la télévision et pas de 2 et 3éme chaine. Mauvaise année car invasion de moustiques. Immaculate Property

One of the best villas we have ever stayed in. It was spacious,well equipped and very clean. The pool was first class too. Maria the housekeeper was helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. A good, peaceful location from which to explore the Cote D'Azur. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Relaxing Stay in Secluded Villa

The villa is situated in a gated community so feels very safe and secluded, the main gates are operated electrically which is great, although the gates to the property itself are manual. The villa is a short drive from Antibes town so I would say a car is essential. There is a HUGE Carrefour supermarket about 5 minutes from the property with everything you could need and more. The appliances were all in good condition although the freezer was very iced up and could have done with defrosting, still more than useable for the few lollies etc we wanted to store there. Crockery and cutlery etc all good and lots of utensils, e.g., pans, graters, corkscrews etc. The pool area was lovely with comfortable sun loungers for 6 and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. It was very secluded and not at all overlooked. The pool isn't heated which had been a concern of ours but it was absolutely fine; lovely to cool off from the sunny French heat. The pool was cleaned each week we were there. Pool towels were supplied although these had seen better days; some were fraying badly at the edges or stained and none were big enough to cover the full sun lounger, There was a useful pergoda which we used to lie under to read if we wanted a break from the sun. The dining area was shaded which again was great over the lunchtime period. There was a Weber gas barbecue although we didn't use it, The kitchen, living room and bedrooms all lead out onto the terrace/pool area and all have electric shutters which are useful to keep the rooms cool throughout the day and secure at night. There was air conditioning to all rooms apart from the bathrooms. There was plenty of storage/space in all 3 bedrooms, the master has the bonus of a small dressing room which was more than enough for us. The other 2 twin bedrooms are identical to one another and both had large sliding door wardrobes - plenty of hangers in all 3 rooms. There was no mirrors in any of the bedrooms which would have been useful. There is a huge basement garage with a table tennis table and washing machine and ironing board, as we stayed 2 weeks we used the washing machine to wash the towels, pool towels and bedding as it wasn't changed at the end of the first week. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The Cote D'Azur is a hew area to us and there was plenty to see and do in the area.
