“Es waren sehr schöne 4 Wochen in einer Traum-Gegend. Das Appartement ist schön, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Toll sind die beiden Dachterassen. Es liegt in einer ruhiger Sackgasse, bis zum Strand sind es ca 500m. Es gibt 2 grosse Supermärkte in 300-400m Entfernung. Ich würde demnächst gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.”

“Perfect apartment located near beach near restaurant but in a very quite block. Yann and Eva are very professional hosts. They waited for us in the evening due to traffic problem they gave us all infos about antibes and juan les pains. a Big Thank you. We hope to back again!”

“I’ve been catfished once in Nice so I was very skeptical bc listing was new. However I was pleasantly surprised on every level. New Constuction with old world bones with an emphasis on design and comfort. Everything is new and modern, beds super comfy, quiet to outside noise and owner /Host has sense of pride. Steam, W/D, cloth steamer and the location is best in the old town right by the market . Few flights of steps for those who may be older. Deborah was a very willing and accommodating host....

“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un logement très sympa, joli déco…Un grand bémol pour la propreté, les bouches d’aération poussiéreuses mais surtout la vaisselle que nous avons dû relaver, nous avions l’impression qu’elle avait été rangé après utilisation….et très déçu de la conciergerie qui n’a jamais répondu à notre message lorsque nous leur avons fait part de ceci à notre arrivée !!!”
