Spend a wonderful and stress-free stay in our lovely 22m2 studio in Antibes! Conveniently located on the beautiful Côte d'Azur, our getaway is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing and sunny getaway. Relax on the beautiful white-sand beaches during the day or visit the historic 16th-century ramparts, you can't miss the star-shaped Fort Carré! Cool off in the stunning rooftop pool while admiring the gorgeous panoramic views before strolling around town to find a delicious restaurant or enjoying the sunset from the beach.

After swimming, retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned STUDIO. Curl up and enjoy your favourite shows on our flat-screen TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. You'll find a Sofa bed (160) in the living space to accommodate 2 guests. Bed linen is available for €9 and a bathroom kit for €9 per person. We'll provide you with bed linens for free for short stays.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with a shower. We'll provide you with towels for short stays! Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher. When you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant or grab a drink at the bar!

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Les Jardins d'Olympie where our studio is conveniently located. These include access to the on-site sauna for €10 per session or €45 for 5 sessions. 1 sauna session is offered per person per week. The shared outdoor pool is available in the summer. Indoor parking costs €11/night or €49/week (subject to availability).

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €7/night for short stays and €39 for long stays. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €400. A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure.

Pick up your groceries at Market supermarket, a 5-minute walk away. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious pizza at Pat'A Pizza, only a 3-minute drive away! Soak up some sun on the lovely Plage de la Salis, a 12-minute drive away.
