“Struttura tutto sommato bella, in generale manca di gentilezza da parte del personale addetto, camere non insonorizzate, per il prezzo ci si aspetta un accappatoio e pantofole oltre che amenities. Durante le ultime ore in piscina al mattino, dalle 8 alle 12 circa gli addetti hanno pulito tutta l’area attorno alla piscina con Kaercher generando rumore fastidioso. ”

Well situated on the island. The laundry service for towels in the bathroom receives a black point from us : in one week we received once towels with bloody marks and once towels with big holes. Not in the right way for the level of the hotel”

“It’s a nice four star hotel. Rooms are very spacious. We had a sweet everything was clean. Stuff it’s very nice. The only thing that is hotel located not right on the beach. You have to go through tunnel. There is a road with cars that you have to close to get to the beach. We did not expect that otherwise overall stay was pleasant. The beach is very small though this property.”

“La struttura è molto bella e molto ben tenuta. La camera era spaziosa e con tutto ciò che serve per dei pasti veloci; bello e comodo il terrazzo con meravigliosa vista sul mare. Ottimi i due ristoranti e anche la panetteria. Il personale è risultato sempre cortese, disponibile e sorridente. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio di camera e il late check out e hanno fatto di tutto per accontentarci. Grazie, torneremo sicuramente. 😊”

“My family and I had another wonderful stay here. (Our 3rd time) The view from our room was breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good and happy hour was fun!! Kitchen in the room was a huge bonus. Plan to stay here again in the future.”

However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold. In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. “Stayed here on our last day before flying home. Arrived before noon after checking out of another accommodation. We were prepared to have them hold our bags until our room was ready. Kenedra (sorry don’t remember her name exactly) at the front desk was amazing. She offered us an upgrade and let us check in immediately. We hung out at the pool for the afternoon. “Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane presso questa struttura nel mese di settembre 2025. La posizione e' ottima per organizzare tour in auto per tutta l'isola, parcheggio vicinissimo e struttura situata di fronte a Mambo beach ma, per chi non fosse interessato al caos, conta su una spiaggia privata bella e confortevole. La cucina del ristorante Olas y Tapas e' davvero ottima, il personale -Blanca, Paula, lo chef Diego,e il resto dello staff - sono gentili, disponibili e preparano ottimi pasti....
