“First(Form), filling out certain information again when I already filled out the form online. It does not make sense to me. Second(Room), we arrived around 3:20 pm and you can tell that the room is newly mopped or cleaned because the floor is still wet and my concern is what if my kid is very hyperactive he/she might slip or fall and injured themselves badly. Light in the entrance of the room did not work. There is a tall mirror in the room that is not fully attached to the wall one bump or hit...

“Donna was able to put together a breakfast bag together for me since was leaving before breakfast service opened..very thoughtful.”

“Disappointed in the room. The door was damaged on the hinge side and when we arrived the door could be pushed open without the key card. We had to make sure the door was closed securely each time we opened and closed it. We stayed 3 nights. The second day I asked the maid in the hallway to clean our room and bring towels and toilet paper. We were gone all day at a celebration of life and returned to our hotel exhausted. Our room was not cleaned. Our trash cans were full, we needed towels and...

“Everything was great. Would have given 5 stars, just the breakfast lacks…… When a property offers breakfast with a room, a “continental breakfast” means mostly crap. Otherwise the room, the property, the staff, the cleanliness was all great.”
