“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for our skiing trip. Our host was EXTREMELY helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had about the area or how to navigate the ski rental process. If we are able to return, we would stay here again. The apartment is also furnished in beautiful wood, fitting into the beautiful scenery. While we did not cook, the kitchen was well appointed. Thank you for a wonderful memory!”

“ Bei der Buchung entsteht der Eindruck, das freistehende Chalet zu buchen. Bei der Ankunft wird eine Wohnung im ersten Stock auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes zugewiesen, wo nie Sonne kommt. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, aber überhaupt nicht das, was wir buchen wollten. Eine sehr sehr grosse Enttäuschung. Im Internet lesen wir, dass mehr Menschen auf diese Weise in die Irre geführt wurden.”

Un suggerimento per l'host: dare indicazioni in termini di distanza dalla provinciale per raggiungere la casa e identificarla con facilità”

“Grosszügiges schön gelegenes Chalet am Ende einer Zufahrtstrasse. Diese muss man etwas beherzt befahren, dafür steht das Chalet für sich, in ruhiger Lage, mit Blick auf Bergwald, Weiden und die erhabene Weisshorngruppe. Stube und Essbereich gemütlich, mit hoher Holzdecke und schönem Rundumblick, Küche modern und zweckmässig, die Bäder sind ebenfalls modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. “It was amazing stay in Zermatt !! Location was perfect to see the Matterhorn and go skiing. There’s no other option for us. Rooms are spacious , clean , enough of spaces to put our clothes, and great kitchen (although without microwave). We also enjoyed fire the stove! ”

“Das Chalet Alpoase liegt an wunderbarer Lage mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Um die Ecke hat es ein Geschäft für den täglichen Einkauf. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Winterwanderungen. Einrichtung und Dekoration hätten wir uns für diesen Mietpreis hochwertiger gewünscht. Die Sauberkeit war (speziell in der Coronazeit) grenzwertig. Die Vorgänger hatten sehr wahrscheinlich einen Hund. Beanstandungspunkte wurden speditiv und zur Zufriedenheit erledigt.”

“Das Häuschen hat fast alles was man benötigt. Wir waren mit der Familie mit unseren 2 Kindern dort. Ihnen hat es sehr gefallen. Es ist einfach nicht sehr gross, aber gut aufgeteilt. Für jemanden der Platz benötigt wohl nicht ideal. Die Lage ist hervorragend, 1min zum Skibus und 2min in die Mitte des Dorfes. Die Ankunft und Abreise ist sehr gut organisiert. Baulich hat es sicherlich 2-3 Dinge die gemacht werden müssen oder teilweise nicht funktionierten. Doch Ende Saison kann dies wohl vorkommen....

“Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. ”
