Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist von allen Zimmern unschlagbar. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Man kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.”

“Our family was fortunate enough to rent Villa Olivia in Meina for most of August. The villa was extraordinary, perched on a hill overlooking Lago Maggiore. We only have wonderful things to say about the home, from the impeccable accommodations, warm pool (heated), sauna and lots of room to enjoy the days and evenings as a family. The owner, Sara, was quick to respond to every need and went out of her way to make suggestions for sightseeing, trips to the mountains and finding the best beaches....

Luca è stato gentilissimo e disponibile rispetto a qualunque esigenza premurandosi che andasse tutto bene e che non ci fossero problemi. “Eravamo un gruppo di 8 ragazzi andati per festeggiare il capodanno. Abbiamo trovato la casa in condizioni impeccabili, calda e pulita in ogni dettaglio. All’accoglienza la spiegazione sui vari luoghi circostanti e ristoranti è stata semplicemente perfetta. Sicuramente la parte migliore della casa si trova al primo piano con il soggiorno vista lago che toglie il fiato; dal soggiorno si raggiunge il balcone con una vista magnifica sul lago e le montagne circostanti. “A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again. We had a marvelous time!! Thanks a lot!”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Vermietung unkompliziert und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir (Gruppe von Erwachsenen mit (fast) erwachsenen Jugendlichen) haben die (sehr verregneten) Ostertage dort verbracht. Das Haus liess nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Betten haben gute Matratzen, es gibt genügend gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. “Wij zijn de afgelopen twee weken in deze villa geweest voor 10 dagen vakantie met vijf volwassenen. Heerlijk huis. Niet het aller modernste, maar daardoor juist met meer sfeer en uitstraling. Zeer complete inventaris en meubilair. Ook bijvoorbeeld boeken, folders, kruiden etc aanwezig. Heerlijk om via de benedenverdieping je eigen tuin in te lopen, je kano of board te pakken en zo het water in te stappen. “House was not clean. We spent time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. Stovetop vent had fallen off and a hose was left. Caretaker turned on heat and opened radiators. In the morning many had leaked especially the living room. We spent an hour moving furniture and mopping. We were told to use catch basins and to continue to use radiators. “Das Haus war neu renoviert und sehr geräumig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und den 3 Balkonen. Der Straßenlärm war aber ziemlich unerträglich. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und hat leider keine Parkmöglichkeit (wurde im Inserat aber behauptet). Wir mussten 500 m entfernt auf einer öffentlichen Straße parken und konnten nur in aller Eile kurz ausladen. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt von Stresa ist kurz (10 Minuten), der Rückweg aber anstrengend, da ein sehr...

“Logement propre et agréable. Il faut impérativement avoir une voiture pour aller en ville depuis l'hôtel si on ne veut pas marcher en bord de route. Le supermarché en face permet d'éviter d'avoir à aller en ville pour faire les courses, cela est pratique. Séjour agréable dans un hotel avec tout le nécessaire. ”

Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Maria T. war problemlos. Sie reagierte sehr zeitnah auf alle Anfragen und gab sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen.
