“No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room. Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side. This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around. Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. ”

“Amazing unit. We only stayed for one night due to missing our flight, but we were amazed by the property and its staff. We plan to spend more time at this resort on our next vacation to phuket.”

“Il Como Hotel di Phuket ha un'architettura moderna con arredamento colorato e confortevole in una posizione stupenda. Isolato ma con un panorama meraviglioso. Il personale è gentile e attento. Io e mia figlia di cinque anni abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana però non si tratta di un 5 stelle. I servizi sono buoni ma non eccellenti e la spiaggia staccata dalla struttura principale è piccola e non proprio ben tenuta. ”

“ **Zero Stars** I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this villa in Thailand. The accommodations were nothing like what was advertised or shown in the photos. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a non-English speaking individual who immediately demanded a deposit before we even stepped foot inside. The floor was not swept, and everything was filthy, full of dust and stains. We found mouse droppings all over the place, which was both disgusting and concerning. The tap water does not seem safe,...

“me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant...

“I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. ”

“The staff was really nice. The hotel is small and quiet. I did not like seeing a rat my first night while sitting in the pool. I didn’t like alcohol being displayed but not for sale. I did not like coming back to my room on the second day with ants all over the bed. I did not like being charged for extra meal in regard to communication barrier with front desk staff.”
