“Whilst The Copthorne is a well known chain I felt the room were a bit tired particularly the bathroom. Bit of mould in grout in shower (o er bath shower), which needs work on but you could see housekeeping are doing their best. Bedroom was very clean and tidy and otherwise a safe stay and close to town. Manager was excellent on offering is another room as the extractor fan in the first room was incredibly loud. There was no issue at all in the new room. Very quiet.”
