“Great location”

“I arrived and couldn't even stay because the room was so dirty. There was hair, fur, and dirt on the bed. I left the room and had to book another one. I tried to request a refund, but I got nothing.”

“I booked a double room with window, but they gave a single without window. Called and no one reply! The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. Very crazy hotel! ”

Some of the negative reviews that almost turned me off coming here are with hindsight like people booking a budget airline then getting mad that the seats have less legroom than they're used to. The staff was very helpful here. The accommodation is in what i think is a partially converted residential building. There are multiple hotels in this building. The rooms are cramped. The walls aren't clean and thin. The bathrooms might be shared...

“I'll cover the most important things first. You def get what you pay for in Hong Kong. Given the price that I paid. The room and facility was sufficient. Again, I am rating this place according to what I paid. The room was extremely small which is what I would expect from a $20 USD room in Hong Kong, although it was very clean prior to me checking in, and the bathroom was very clean. “Trovare la struttura non è stato facile. La stanza era priva di finestre e non tutti avevamo a disposizione un locker per le valigie. I letti a castello in alto non hanno la tendina per la privacy o per proteggersi dalla luce delle torce la notte. I bagni erano poco illuminati e questo rendeva molto difficile truccarsi.”
