Personallyrequested front desk for extra towela early in the morning before checkout. Nothing was received. Took shower with wet towel used by partner. Below Holiday inn standard.”

“Desk person sent me to the far side of the building to park and the whole back half of the lot was closed. The walk wasn’t too far but the issue annoyed me to be directed to go back there when the lot was closed off. I arrived very late and felt bad for making noise and multiple trips through the hallways. Also, couldn’t find a desk person to check out this morning. Another customer rang the bell multiple times and complained about not getting help.”

“The place was just ok. We booked the Diamond Suite because it was one of the few rooms that had a balcony; which was double the price of the regular room however it was disappointing and badly in need of updates. The smell was musty immediately entering the room. The exercise room lock was broken and we were unable to use it. The food was decent, nothing great. I will say the staff were very helpful. Location was great.”
