“Great stay! Grabbed this charming apartment for a birthday getaway weekend for my wife. Right in the heart of Apalachicola near all the major restaurants and shops. When we arrived, we found a clean, 3-room apartment with Keurig machine, microwave, and small fridge already there. Apartment was very comfortable and cool with mini-split air conditioning in each room. Bathrooms were very clean. Ron, the host, was great! Very responsive and communicative, I asked for a special request to have wine...

“Much larger than I thought! It was very well stocked! Of all the houses we've been in it been the best stocked. We really didn't have wifi most the time but it sounded like several in the area might have had problems. Only thing to take note of is there really isn't a beach, the last step to the beach from the wooden steps is huge making it impossible for older people with walking issues or really small kids to get up.
