Location was ok but neighborhood not that great. It had two bedrooms as advertised but one had no dresser or place to put things other than hanging closet. Used an ironing board as dresser. Cleanliness was a problem. The floor was dirty. The carpet was dirty with big stains. The outside back porch had a nice small sofa but cushions were literally filthy. I sat on with a beach towel on the sofa. Washed the beach towel immediately. I had to wipe off small tables before use. Not pollen - black filth. Rails on back porch covered in black dust. Had not been cleaned in months. Front door leading to front porch was broken - screen was detached. Handle did not function. A plastic cord was attached to door handle to use to pull the door close. My husband cut his hand trying to close the door. Would not close completely and had a piece of wood missing from bottom. Neither porch protected from gnats or no see ums because of gaps in screen doors. A flea jumped on me while I was trying to sit on porch. Fenced in yard nice though. And walk ability to town was good. Outside of house not great but was just run down. Kitchen pretty good. TV pretty good but not comfortable in room to sit. We actually left two days early because of cleanliness and inability to sit outside. It’s not cheap. And I would never go back.
