✓ Our home is perfectly positioned near central Apia township and amenities. However, close to the main road that can be busy during morning rush and some peak times, but evenings are generally calmer.
✓ Occasionally, you might hear distant dogs barking at night, especially during their brief mating seasons, roosters crowing in the early morning, or birds chirping in the afternoon. This is a common local occurrence, but might be unfamiliar to international visitors.
✓ Our homes in Samoa typically have louver pane windows due to the warm climate, which may allow in more ambient noise compared to thicker, double-glazed windows.
✓ We value transparency and believe our location's charm and convenience will ensure a memorable stay.
