This 3000+sqft custom home has been impeccably maintained. 1st floor amenities include 4 beds 2 baths, living Room, and large great Room featuring a fireplace rock chimney, and backyard oasis. The 2nd story is dedicated to a loft and master suite which features a luxury master bath and a walkout balcony to enjoy morning coffee with views of the lake.

After your reservation is confirmed there will be a link to a rental agreement stating all the house rules that are posted on this listing.

Our house is equipped with everything you shall need on your stay. All we ask at the end of your stay is to put any dirty towels and sheets on the floor of the wash room and any dirty dishes in the Dish washer and run it.

Beautiful house! Had a great time with friends, bar-b-queuing, swimming in the pool, lounging in the hot tub and playing board games. It was also conveniently located close to the fresh water springs. I definitely recommend this property!

Great place in upper orlando

Visiting my daughter in Apopka. Had a great stay. Pool and hot tub had no issues. Plenty of accessories like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They do have a 5 person threshold where more than that will be extra.

Great place for family!

We had a great time during our stay! House was nice and clean with plenty of space, pool and hot tub were great, host was accommodating with our dogs. Everything we could ask for and house was as described (perhaps even better). Lots of nearby parks to visit and if you like seafood you have to check out the Nauti Lobstah just a few miles away.

Beautiful Home, Great Host, but Major Power Issues & No Compensation

We stayed at this home for my niece’s wedding and were initially very happy with our choice. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and the host was kind and responsive. However, our experience was significantly impacted by a major electrical failure during our stay.The power panel went out, leaving half the house without electricity. This meant no heat, no hot water, no refrigerator, and no working gas logs in the fireplace. The temperature inside dropped to 57 degrees, making for an extremely uncomfortable stay. Multiple workers came to try and fix the issue, but it was never resolved. The owner alo came and attempted to fix the gas logs but was unsuccessful.The host did offer another property, but it was 30 minutes away and too small for our group, which had specifically chosen this home so our family could stay together near the wedding venue. Also, this offer was presented at 10:00 pm on Thursday night (2 days into the issue). With the wedding being at 2:00 on Friday, this really didn’t give us an opportunity to pack up and move. We were only able to go, in shifts; to the house he offered for the last night to take showers before the wedding.Given the circumstances, we asked for a partial refund since we didn’t receive the accommodations we paid for, but the owner refused.While the home itself is lovely and the host was responsive, the unresolved power issues and lack of a

Great place!

We had a great experience!!! Beautiful spacious house. We did have some issues during our stay, the hot tub was broken and unable to use, pool heater was also acting up and we were not able to use pool either. We had some cold weather, so the warmer water would have been ideal. We cooked two meals and they had everything we needed! Well equipped house. I was not expecting a separate contract than our normal booking with VRBO, price changes depending how many people stay at the house. We had chosen 6 people, but the contract was only for 5, so the price went up. We have family near the area that came to visit for a night, so I had to add them as well. This was disclosed after booking and making payment. Because of the timing of our booking we were not able to cancel if we wanted to. Other than that, we had an excellent stay, manager was quick to respond and very friendly. Mount Dora is near by so we were able to visit and also visit and hang out at some of the springs. Very well located, beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Short Stay

The house was more than we expected. Very Clean, beautiful neighborhood, great amenities, plenty of sleeping and hang out space. Only down side was trouble running the dishwasher. Would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this beautiful property for our wedding weekend. We loved using the house amenities including the pool! Everything was very clean and Matthew was so kind and accommodating to our needs and questions! We had an awesome weekend here and I highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable house , excellent communication with the host. Only a bit disappointed that the second bed upstairs in the loft area did not have a door but had a curtain instead On the whole a good experience and would stay at Mathew’s place again .

Wonderful home to enjoy being with family.

We rented the home because we were all attending a Family event. Every bed was comfy including the pullout couch. The living space was quite comfortable and allowed many of us to gather for a movie or World Series games! Spacious and decorated so warmly it felt like it was our home. Backyard had ample seating and lovely eat out doors! Hose is very attentive and a very good communicator! Neighborhood is lovely we enjoyed long walks! Close to shopping for groceries and restaurants though we preferred eating at home. Laundry area was clean and a nice bonus! We will rent this home again!!

Beautiful Home

This is truly a beautiful home in a picturesque community that was great for morning walks. The neighbors were very friendly. The kitchen was great and the furniture was very comfortable. We were not as familiar with the "smart home" concept so we had some difficulty with the TV initially. Only streaming services were available so we were unable to watch any live sports. While we connected easily to the living room speakers we were unable to connect our devices to the pool deck speakers as advertised. The owner did not provide any assistance with this when informed. For those of us who aren't as tech savvy, a guide to the home's smart features would be helpful. There were also stickers posted in the home indicating that there was video monitoring by hidden cameras. That should definitely have been disclosed before booking. Unfortunately that took away from our ability to fully be comfortable in such a lovely setting.
