“Room was clean but smelled like smoke we had booked a non smoking room but this room smelled like some had smoked cigar even bedding smelled like cigar smoke ”

“Every time we stay there the pool is too cold to even get in. It would be nice if you could raise the temperature so we could use the pool. ”

“There were issues. There were Cheetos on the bed frame, the microwave didn’t work and the coffee maker was filthy on the inside. The staff worked to resolve the issues however ever the coffee maker didn’t work correctly. The microwave was replaced soon after check and the male staff member was good about the issues but the female seemed frustrated with switching the coffee maker and gave me a non working replacement. “I stayed at this property last year en route back east after spending the winter in CO. When I was woken up early in the morning by chipping birds I remembered why I didnt ever want to stay here again. Come on propert owners - get rid of the birds and the garbage that needs to be brought to the dump! And please buy new Bed covers. The ones on the bed I slept in must have been used the past 10* years. It was disgusting. Sorry for this review but you have to know you need to step your game up!”
