Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

There is a courtyard in between 2 buildings that have 7 units in each building. There are long-term tenants with some short and midterm guests divided up in the units.
In time we are working on improving the all the interior and exterior of the apartments.
The place has been known to be usually quiet and very safe.

All guests will get a code to enter. The lock will be on the door where you can park in front of the unit. Open the unlocked security door to get to the lock with the code.
The courtyard side doesn`t have a lock with a code.
After entering there will be 2 keys inside.

We’re happy to host you and hope you have a comfortable, relaxing stay. Please take a moment to review the information below.

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00am; if you need different accommodations, please contact the host.

Please return both keys to the designated drop-off location by the door.

No smoking inside, including e-cigarettes. If cigarettes, marijuana, incense or any substances are smoked or burned in the apartment, there will be a fine of $300 or more.

Just a reminder, bath towels are not cleaning towels; we’ve provided cleaning supplies in the room, and more are available upon request.

For your convenience, trash bins are located near the front and back of the property if you need to dispose of anything during your stay.
