But the service could have been more professional. I know it was slow - but several times when we were in the lobby the staff was just scrolling their phones. “The hotel was convenient to our event and walkable to many restaurants, so we didn't have to drive. We parked our car for a fee in a lot across the street. The property was pretty clean but a little older/outdated. Nonetheless, it was a nice stay and the employees were helpful and courteous.”

“Free airport shuttle was convenient. Location was convenient, Felt safe and was able to walk everywhere downtown Lexington, did not need a car or Uber the entire time. Room was clean, cool view of Triangle Park. Only downside was no closet or wardrobe space, no steamer or ironing board available in room. “The room smelled like smoke even though they do not allow smoking in the rooms. It smelled so bad where we had to get air fresheners. The pillows were rock hard. We got new pillows the next day. Staff was great. Easy to check in/out.”
