“The room was clean and hotel very nice. The only tiny complaint is the bathroom would like a door to the sink area for changing. I did not like the scent that was in the lobby area. Overall a good stay and good location! I would stay again.”

“First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

“Checkin was fast and easy. Room was nice; clean and quiet.
My only issues was one room lamp did not work and the clock did not work.
Shower and bathroom has Dove brand bodywash and shampoo. Nice touch.

“Our son attended CCM so this was a common destination for us when visiting. We have stayed multiple times, this being our last trip.
The hotel is a short walk right up the hill from CCM, with a variety of restaurants close by and a mini target next door.
The facilities are always clean & everyone is always friendly!
Breakfast is good, and Katie attends to everyone who joins for breakfast with the sweetest personality ever.
You can’t go wrong if you have a child attending UC or...

“Staff was very friendly. At checkout even though slightly before 6am we were told to help ourselves to breakfast before we left. Room was disappointing other than bed. Blinds were broken, tub backed up and someone else’s hair came up, no fan in bathroom, toilet handle loose and about to break. Not what you expect from Hampton.”

“The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. ”
