“Good clean property and check in was easy”

“My mom and I stayed here while in San Jose watching my son play lacrosse. It was very central to where we needed to go. We walked the neighborhood a few times and there are some parks near by. The place was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable and the hosts were lovely! I would absolutely stay there again as it was perfect for what I needed.”

“It was wonderful to be downtown Capitola and walk to everything. The rental was very clean and communication was excellent. I would stay there again.”

“Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!”
