Charming guest house in Aptos-3 min walk to beach!+EV Charger.

Location, location! Your cozy getaway awaits in Aptos at this marvelous guesthouse. The house is 5 minutes walk to Rio del Mar beach, and it is one mile away from the Forest of Nisene Marks. Either surfing, hiking, biking or beach relaxation is your choice of activity, you can have it all!

You will have access to the whole second floor of the house, with a separate entrance from the main house. No one will be downstairs when you stay, so you will have your privacy throughout the whole stay.

This charming property features a bedroom with 1 king bed, 1 queen sofa bed and 1 child loft bed, a lovely living room with TV, and all the essential amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, and heating. You will also have your own full kitchen. The soothing ambiance and decor make it the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and relax. Enjoy your time in Aptos at our lovely house.

You are welcome as well to enjoy the backyard when you stay. It has outdoor furniture and bbq grill.

EV charger is available for your use if you need it.

We don't stay at the property but will be available during your stay, if needed.

Great location by the beach, the property was overall clean though the sofa bed sheets needed some washing. The blankets for the sofa bed also clearly needed washing.The owner was excellent in communicating. Internet worked most of the time. The property was very cute with a great view. It had bed for 3 people. The kitchen utensils were very useful for us. Plenty of surf boards to choose from. The Rio Del Mar beach was fantastic! We had a great time. Owner has a great taste for coastal style decor. Great stay!

We had a great time while staying here. The house had everything we needed and more. It worked nicely for three adults and our dogs. We were greeted with chocolate covered pretzels (yummy), chips and salsa. The king-sized bed was comfy. The double sinks in the bathroom were a big plus and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to take the dogs out for great walks on the beach, and the food options nearby were all hard to beat. We would definitely stay here again...and will recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks for a great visit.

Had an amazing time. The house is so nice and cozy. The beach is just a short walk away on a very quiet nice street. Great little beach to walk on, feels like a hidden little gem. Would absolutely book again.

Our family of four stayed here for the weekend in mid-August. The mild temperatures were a welcome respite from the Sacramento heat! The house was clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. Our kids slept on the fold-out in the living room and the small bed in the loft just fine. The wi-fi was solid, which is nice because we had spotty reception in town. The town is right on the beach, and the house is a 3-minute walk to a couple restaurants and the beach. Aptos is very small, cute and quiet, and only 15 minutes from Santa Cruz. We would stay here again and highly recommend it for small families with older children due to the loft and stairs.

Check in was super smooth and Winnie gave us all the information we needed well in advance! The place is awesome and perfect for a small family. The beach gear was a huge plus and the location could not be beat! Would recommend for anyone staying in Aptos! We’ll definitely be back ourselves

Cozy comfort with easy access to beach and food.

Clean and comfortable with a bonus loft! Winnie has thought of everything in the well stocked kitchen and even a bed and chew toy for the dog to enjoy! We felt so welcome here! The beds were comfortable , bathroom gorgeous, and fireplace heaters a cozy touch! The house is tucked into an amazingly quiet street next to a busy beach park. You can plan to cook or not, as there’s a nice restaurant, coffee and a convenience store nearby. No need to take the car anywhere! We took long walks in both directions down the beach and found nearly empty beaches. The water and waves are beautiful at Rio Del Mar! Sunsets a bonus! We would love to return to this spot - it’s a real find!

Close to beach, good food nearby

This location is very close (0.2miles) from the beach and a couple restaurants (we recommend Venus, which has a dog friendly patio). We were able to drive around town to a couple other places as well. The property was clean and exactly as described. The property owner checked in with us to make sure everything was going alright and we didn't need anything. Overall a very peaceful and fun experience. We would recommend this place to others.

Great location, responsive host

Winie was such a gracious and helpful host! We brought our two dogs to visit my wife's family in Aptos, and had a great stay. The space is lovely and in an absolutely fantastic location just a short walk from the beach in Rio. Despite being so close to the beach (as well as Pixie's Deli and Venus), the neighborhood itself is very quiet at night. We're so happy to know that we have somewhere to stay the next time we want to bring our dogs to Aptos!

Amazing Getaway Steps to the Beach

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The hosts were top notch, the location was awesome and the beach house was cozy and comfortable! Bonus, games, books, beach gear, etc the place was fully stocked with extra touches by the hosts! I’d highly recommend!
