“Buildings not in good shape. My room had mildew and the door latch was loose so I moved a table to block entry each night.”

“Clean nice place. No balcony in our room, nor kitchen but fridge and microwave. Lighting a bit too blue- sort of florescent. Proximity to beach hard to beat.”

“A quaint hotel right smack dab in the middle of town…the free taxi to Shadowbrook was a plus! We walked everywhere which we appreciated as we enjoy a cocktail every now and then.”

“This is definitely all about the property itself. The rooms are just okay, and we did have requests that had to be made a couple of times before actually receiving the services. Not too sure I would stay here again however I would absolutely love to check out the spa and the services they offer. The property is beautiful and tucked away. That is what we wanted so that met our needs nicely.”

“I I didn't like that. I had to get ready just to go get coffee downstairs. The coffee pot in the room was filthy dirty nasty look like it hasn't been washed in months. I even have pictures.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished, with a bathroom that feels like it belongs in a higher-end hotel. The location is perfect for reaching the main beaches at a walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again. Special mention to the staff for their kindness!”
