Questa casa recentemente ha fatto alcuni aggiornamenti fatti a casa. Gli straordinari panorami mozzafiato e la grande terrazza sul tetto sopra l'unità vi garantiranno una fantastica vacanza in spiaggia. Questa casa è una 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa che ha una cucina di buone dimensioni con nuovi armadi e pavimenti in legno nuovo di zecca. Dalla porta posteriore la sabbia sarà sotto i piedi in circa 5 passi! Dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia, vieni a casa e fai una doccia nella grande e lussuosa doccia nuova di zecca. Non puoi battere la posizione in grado di camminare appena fuori dalla tua porta sul retro per poter mettere le dita dei piedi nella sabbia. Godere!

  • Nice, long hike today. Went down the Bridge Creek Trail, and then to Maple Falls. About an 8-mile total hike. Redwoods everywhere you look, and a deep dark forest that gave lots of 'mood'. We came across a tiny snake! It was just a few inches long, red back, sunning itself on a rock in the middle of the creek.

The location was perfect for our needs. Kids and adults both enjoyed being right on the beach. Check in was easy. The kitchen had what we needed. One of the bedrooms can only be accessed through the other bedrooms, but we made it work.

Great vacation

This house suited the needs of our family of four very well. There is no private parking space but we always found a place right out the backdoor to park. Our stay was only a couple of months after the big storms that battered the coastline here so the beach wasn't quite as pristine as usual. The big bummer was that we did not have beach access from the patio due to ordinances from the local authorities. The concern being that the rock wall is unstable. It looked far from unstable to us. This wasn't the property manager's fault. However, it did impinge on the vacation experience not to be able to walk out to the beach as we had planned. The management company in general was a dream to work with and was incredibly helpful and responsive, really great. Unfortunately, the house next door was under construction for a lot of the week, which made being on the patio not very peaceful. The views are incredible, the kitchen well appointed and the location was good for us. Overall a very nice stay.

Aptos beach apartment

Although this place was on the beach, it was the main walkway for people, so a lot of foot traffic. Bedroom situation was not ideal as all bedrooms were connected and center room had to walk through one of the other bedrooms to exit or use bathroom. Bedding was not clean. Blood on one of the pillows.

Good times with friends

We (3 old college women friends) had a great time. Access, communication, cleanliness, kitchen (small but chock full of everything), etc. all were good. Gave 3 stars for description and 4 overall instead of 5 due to lack of description for bedroom layout. The middle of the 3 bedrooms can only be accessed by going through one of the other bedrooms. Being long time friends this was fine for us but maybe not so great for 3 couples. Description should explain that whom ever is in the middle bedroom has to go through one of the other bedrooms to get in and out of the bedroom including to go to the bathroom (in the middle of the night).

What a delightful meeting place for our annual gathering of ladies from Tahoe area, SF Bay Area, Central Valley and SoCal. Though the weather was a bit on the chilly side, the beach still revived the soul!

Beautiful get away for two

Location of the property is amazing. Little market and deli a short walk from the house. We enjoyed the sunset from the second floor deck, and the next night sat by the fire pit.

Great location

Location was great, right on the beach. My mother has limited mobility, and she was able to get around great. We sat on the porch, every day to enjoy coffee or a meal. We loved talking to the walkers, we even made some new friends. the appliances were updated and it had some cute decorations. The only complaint I had is the twin beds are a bit hard and have flat pillows. Perhaps a pillow top on the beds and some new pillows would be an easy fix. I would definately return!

Bad smell.

The property itself was great, right on the beach,. The problem was the house had a horrible smell, I think mostly when we turned on the heater, I called the property manager and they were aware of it and said I didn’t need to be concerned as they had it checked and couldn’t figure it out. Kinda ruined our stay. Had to sleep with the windows open.

Beach at your feet in seconds!

Great location! Clean property. Beds are ok. Only issue we had was it has a small water heater, we ran out of hot water while showering in the evenings. The location is perfect & works well for a family with small kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Casual, and right on the beach, easy parking

Compact and clean, this small 3 BR 2 BA cottage had everything we needed - but some of it needed a bit of fixing. We left the realtor a list and hopefully they fixed the toaster, TV, curtains, after we left.

It was nice

The staff were polite, the space was nice. The view and proximity to the beach was the best part of our stay. The noisy and noxious fumes neighbors( they didnt know how to use ligher fluid with their grill) were challening.
